PRE-ORDERS

  • What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is a way to purchase the product in advance, as a reservation, before the product is finished being manufactured. Pre-orders usually take 1 month or more to manufacture and ship, depending on the product.

  • What happens if my order contains a product that is not pre-order and another that is pre-order?

The entire order will be sent in a single package together with the pre-order. If you want it shipped separately please purchase it separately.

Shipping and lost packages

  • In how much time will my request be delivered?

I’m only one person so it takes me between 1 and 2 weeks to prepare the packages. If you are in a special hurry, please let me know in the order comments!
After shipping, the arrival time depends on the destination country. Check it when ordering!

  • What happens if my order is shipped but is lost along the way?

That’s something that is beyond my control. There is a possibility that shipping companies may lose the package. I’m not responsible for this problem, if you want to avoid it please select ”With tracking” shipping method, since with it we will be able to locate where the package is. Often the packages arrive on time, or they’re returned. I always write down the sender’s information, and I often end up getting them back! When I receive returned packages, I always contact the buyer immediately to see if they’d like me to resend it.

USA shipping (April 4th updated)

  • Shipping paper products ✅

Documents can be sent using the usual delivery methods. Products of this type include photocards, stickers, and prints.

  • Shipping other products ✅

Shipping is now available via Light Parcel Service. Shipping can only be sent as a package with tracking. Now, to import a package into the US, you must pay taxes. For shipments from Europe, these taxes amount to 15% of the order cost. These taxes must be paid upon purchase.

  • What happens if I already made a purchase before October 23rd? (Heartsteel plushies and other orders)

Since you made a purchase without paying the taxes, I’ll contact you so you can pay them. Unfortunately, they can’t be paid upon arrival at customs, as the package would be returned.

Heartsteel plushies (April 4th updated)

  • Heartsteel plushies haven’t yet been shipped due to customs delays. Currently, only the packages containing Aphelios and Yone have been shipped, as they are the only ones I’ve received. The rest of the plushies were remanufactured and shipped and should arrive soon.
  • For up-to-date information, you can join my Discord server, where we have a channel for Heartsteel plushies. You can also stay updated on my social media.
  • What happened to the orders from the previous store? They’re still there, no problem! The store exists, but you can’t place orders. New orders will simply be processed through this store (I wish I had received and shipped the plushies before the new opening, but everything has been delayed).
  • Regarding shipments to the US, these are available again. Orders for US placed before 2026 will still have outstanding US import taxes (due to the new law, taxes must be paid before reaching the border). Once I receive the plushies, I will contact everyone to arrange the tax payment. If you’d like to pay now to save time, feel free to contact me!

Group Orders

  • Are group orders allowed? Yes! In fact, I encourage you to do them if you want to save on shipping costs.
    Some people have already placed group orders. We have a channel on my Discord server to announce or ask about group orders if anyone is interested

Order cards with your name

  • I wanted to let you know that I always include some freebies with every order! Among them there is a thank you card for your purchase. I’ll write the name of the person the order is for on it. If you’re not comfortable with that name or it’s for someone else, you can write the name you’d like me to use in the order notes.
